BOOKING POLICY
To check availability and make a booking, please complete the booking form and if necessary, the consent form. These are located at the bottom of the ‘Tots upwards’ package page.
Alternatively, please call 07872 835364 or email beautybuddies.pamper@gmail.com to enquire or reserve a party booking. ​Once a date has been confirmed, a booking form will then be sent out along with further details and a treatment schedule. Please return the completed form/s to the instructed address: beautybuddies.pamper@gmail.com and pay a 50% (non-refundable) deposit in order to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is to be paid no later than 10 days to the date of the party.
​ Once the deposit has been received the booking will be reserved. A booking confirmation will be sent by email once the deposit is received.. Booking times include setting up and closing down of the equipment.

​CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required when booking your pamper party which will be deducted from the total payment. The remaining balance is required 10 days before the pamper party date.​
Cancellations made within 7 days notice or more receive a 100% refund excluding the deposit. Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice receive a 50% refund excluding the deposit. Any refunds will be repaid to the original payment method within 7 days.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
